My Holistic, Solution-Focused Therapy Approach Provides Teens With The Tools They Need To Successfully Navigate Life’s Stressors

Many teens today lack the coping skills that are necessary to address life’s ups and downs. They often feel disconnected emotionally, and are unable to handle stress, peer and relationship issues, or the school, college, or work environment.

When a teen is struggling with academics, they receive tutoring or support to develop the skills they need to succeed. Emotional health is no different. Teens need tools to help them regulate their emotions, develop connections with others, and create a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle.

I take an integrated, solution-focused approach to working with adolescents and young adults who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I treat the whole person, not just their symptoms, with the goal of giving them the tools they need to manage whatever comes their way – now and for the rest of their lives.

Holding multiple state licenses, I work in-person with local clients in my Ramsey office, as well as remotely with clients outside of the Bergen County, New Jersey area, and those located in Pennsylvania, Florida, and South Carolina.
